Pastors Juno and Aimee Douglas
Pastors Juno and Aimee Douglas have served as the Senior Pastors of Sneads Assembly of God for the past 14 years. Pastor Juno has served as Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor and Evangelist during his years of ministry. Aimee serves as a Sunday School teacher, assists with the Women's Ministry and also ministers through song and music. They both have a heritage in the Pentecostal faith with deep roots in the belief that God is faithful in all situations of life. Pastors Juno and Aimee have been married for 22 years. They have two children, one son, Brad, 20 years-old, and one daughter, Valaree, 16 years-old.
Minister of Evangelism Outreach Bill and Donna Mayo
Reverend Bill Mayo serves as the Minister of Evangelism Outreach here at Sneads Assembly of God. He and his wife, Donna, have worked in ministry together since 2003. They have a passion to see souls saved for the kingdom of God! They are the proud parents of three children, Matthew, Marissa, and Makayla. They are also blessed to be grandparents of two beautiful little children, Carleigh and Mitchell. Pastor Bill has an evangelistic heart, and he loves reaching those with addictions, (since he was miraculously delivered from addictions of his own)! His wife Donna, has a Pentecostal heritage, and was raised in a Pentecostal preacher's home. They both love to see the power of God move and change lives forever!
Terry & Mary Hightower
Terry Hightower serves as the discipleship training coordinator of Sneads
Assembly of God. His wife, Mary, have two sons, John and Brandon. Terry
has ministered in various capacities at Sneads Assembly of God. He taught
the Senior Adult Sunday School class from 2002 till 2008. He serves as the
ministry coordinator for the TNT senior adult ministry. Terry also
participates in the music ministry as the church's organist and has done so
since 2001.-
In 2004, Mary came on staff as the church secretary for Sneads Assembly of
God church. In addition to her secretarial duties, Mary serves as the
Nursery Ministry Coordinator and oversees the Bereavement Ministry, which
provides food and services to families during times of death or crisis.
Mary also assists her husband with the TNT senior adult ministry also
assists the church pastor's in their daily duties and services that they
provide to the community. 
Johnny & Lucy Fontenot
Together, Johnny and Lucy work hand-in-hand for the children and youth at Sneads Assembly of God. Johnny has served on staff as our Youth Pastor since January 2006, and has seen God do mighty work in the lives of our young people. He has a passion for the youth of our community and he yearns to see souls won for the kingdom of God. Lucy has served on staff as our Children’s Pastor since 2007. Her desire is for the children to realize that Jesus loves them so much and that he has a plan for each and every one of them. Johnny and Lucy have been married for 16 years and have 2 children, Mikayla and Mitchel.
Reverend Jack Howell
Since January 2009, Reverend Howell joined Sneads Assembly of God as the Associate Pastor to Seniors and the Visitation Pastor.
Reverend Jack Howell and his wife Dorothy Hill Howell started their pastoral ministry in 1957 and retired in 2007. During this time they pastored ten churches. Reverend Howell was ordained in 1965 with the West Florida District and he received his education degree from the Berean School of the Bible, Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Theology Degree from the Christian School of Theology of Columbus, Georgia in 1998. Reverend and Mrs. Howell have been married for 53 years. They have four children, thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
